How to Use Amla to Stop Hair Fall? – Five DIY Method


Studies have revealed startling numbers about hair fall. One of the studies shows that 7 out of 10 men and 5 in 10 women experience some hair thinning on the crown. There are a dozen of possible culprits ranging from hair care, dust exposure, pollution risk, hormonal imbalance, and illness.  However, there are numerous solutions to counter hair thinning at different stages.
Nature is the best medicine to stop hair fall. Amla or Indian gooseberry is one of the best and most effective natural remedies to stop hair fall. This tangy seasonal fruit can reverse hair loss upside down and leaves back healthy shiny hair for you.
1. Amla Juice Hair Tonic
You can get packaged amla juice hair care products or can squeeze one amla juice into a bowl. Massage this on the scalp with fingertips. Leave it for an hour and then wash it off with herbal shampoo. Regular application of amla hair tonic will nourish the scalp and stop hair fall in few weeks.
2. Amla Hair Wash
You can use both dry and fresh amla for washing your hair. Soak few dried amla in water overnight. Then strain it in the morning. Wash your hair thrice a week with this to reduce hair fall significantly.
3. Amla with Coconut Oil
You can put some dry amla into warm coconut oil. Heat it till amla loses it juice. Close the burner of the stove. Keep this concoction in a bottle for regular use which would solve a number of hair concerns and mostly stop hair fall.
4.  Amla and Shikakai Hair Pack
Pour same amount of amla and shikakai powder into a mixing bowl. You can add water or curd to this to make a thick smooth paste. Apply on hair along its length. Leave it for 1 hour and then wash it off with cold water. Hair fall would stop to a great extent.
5. Amla and Henna Mix

Put some henna powder in a bowl. The quantity should be as per your length of your hair. Add some amla juice to this to make a smooth paste. Apply all over hair and then rinse it off with plain water. This mixture makes hair roots stronger and also adds color to hair texture.
