Diets and fitness regimes are the
latest craze but with the high number of weight loss available, it is difficult
to decide which tips really work and which don’t. Here are few weight loss tips
that are not related to food or exercise, but they guarantee weight loss.
The first weight loss tip is
deciding on how much weight you need
to lose. Check your BMI and according to that decide on the weight loss number.
This is usually half the battle won.
►Time management
Time management is the most neglected thing. However,
planning your day in advance would not make you rush and result in outside food
consumptions and missing the exercise time. Allocate time for your shopping,
cooking, daily activities and exercise. Follow this religiously.
►Stock your kitchen
Stock your kitchen with fruits, vegetables, snacks and other healthy
food items. All this will motivate you to cook the meal at home instead of
ordering unhealthy foods from outside.
►Physical activities
Any weight loss tip is incomplete
without some physical activities. It
is not necessary to join a gym or start rigorous exercise. Few changes like
cleaning you own home, doing grocery shopping or walking around the home can be
considered as physical exercise.
►Snacks
Snacks are
an essential meal of the day but are often overlooked. We usually don’t cook
anything for the snack; hence binge on french fries, burger, pizzas, and deep
fried savouries. Instead of these snacks, one can go for an apple or some oats
related dishes to stop afternoon cravings.
►Water
No diet explains the beauty of water. Water is tasteless, but its
necessity is for every bodily function. Eight to ten glasses of water flush out
toxins from the body and thus making you active and healthy. Pack a water
bottle wherever you go and take a sip every 5 to 10 minutes if you feel
difficulty in drinking a glass of water at one go.
