Suffering from Hair Loss! It can be Due to Protein Malnutrition


It is regrettable but is nevertheless true that malnutrition or improper diet can be one reason behind your hair loss. Body responds to nutritional deficits by showing signs on skin and hair and one of these sign is hair loss.
Losing hair due to malnutrition is, however, reversible if a person changes his food intake and also takes supplements as prescribed by dermato-trichologists. The growth and fall of hair
The hair grows in a cycle passing through three stages namely anagen, telogen and catagen and all these stages last for 2 to 6 years. Internal factors like malnutrition, illness, genetics, and hormones can lead to hair loss.
The Culprit: Malnutrition for Hair Loss
Malnutrition is a serious issue and a doctor has to be consulted for further diagnosis and treatment. Normally a blood test is done wherein the lacking nutrients are found out. Dermatologist can also guide by determining the concern based on medical history, physical test and examinations. They can recommend medications and treatment procedures to cure hair loss.
Protein malnutrition can happen due to lack of green leafy vegetables, dals, pulses, soya beans, and dairy products from your diet. However, when a person is diagnosed with protein malnutrition, he cannot absorb the required intake from direct foods. He has to include supplements and other medications to come out of malnourishment.

Hair loss due to malnutrition can be reversed with high-dose supplements and by boosting the supply of the needed nutrients.
